Vgem International Limited was incorporated under the Companies and Allied Matters Act ,Laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria in May, 2009 to provide gas oil, allied fuels and logistics services to construction, industrial and manufacturing companies. It is an indigenous company with four principal area of business namely Oil and Gas services.
Our innovative root lies in the provision of high quality and excellent services through bases and refinery hubs in Port Harcourt, Kaduna and Warri. We continue to expand our delivery technology base by outsourcing innovative and cost effective process technologies. Vgem, as part of its vision to offer unparalleled quality service to the industry, offers bunkering services and has fully diversified into supply and distribution of products in large quantities, to every nook and cranny in Nigeria.
In line with the above, Vgem has obtained government’s approval for its DPR licence and has commenced the importation of Automotive Gas Oil (AGO), Low Pour Fuel Oil (LPFO) Dual Purpose Kerosine(DPK) Aviation Turbine Kerosine (ATK) and Premium Motor Spirit(PMS)in large quantities and stored at Sparks Energy , Imad and Wosbab energy, having been able to lease storage facilities on a medium term basis. These products are being retailed to our industrial and domestic customers from there.
Vgem utilizes its network of market intelligence to monitor supply levels, price changes and general market trends, identifying requirements and promptly responding to customers’ demands. Many manufacturing industries and transport companies have come to rely on the prompt services and high quality products supplied by Vgem.
The annual turnover of Vgem is about #2,800.000.00 (Two Billion, Eight Hundred Million Naira )
